Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Though we would love to,but as we are a made-to-order brand, we regret to say that we cannot support returns or refunds as our....craftsmanship takes an extreme amount of time and effort.

Products can only be returned in case of wrong product received and damages.

In such a case, please reach out to us at hello@koswi.com and we shall have the product picked up at no cost. Please note product shouldn’t be used or washed.

All refunds will be in exchange of a credit note, you can place another order with the help of the credit note.

Processing a refund or return may require 8 to 10 business days.
